Interactive Quiz Feature
We have released the Interactive Quiz Feature! The interactive quiz asks prospects simple questions—who the class is for, their goals, and schedules—and then suggests the best program and provides a sign‑up link. Each submission creates a new contact in your CRM, complete with their preferences.

New Features
Track Internal Phone Calls
A new “Phone Calls” tab has been added under Communications to track internal call activity. You’ll now be able to view basic stats like the phone number, call duration, and whether a call was forwarded—helping you better understand and manage communication flows within your business.
SMS Variation for Workflows
Add variety to your automated text messages! When building workflows, you can now create multiple SMS variations for a single step. The system will randomly choose one to send, making your communication feel more personal and less repetitive.
Filter Activity on Contact Profiles
You can now filter the Activity tab on a contact’s profile, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for—whether it’s notes, messages, payments, or other key interactions.
Clickable Family Links from Contact Profiles
Navigating between family members just got easier! You can now click directly into a family page from a contact’s profile.
Product Add-Ons During Internal Enrollments
Internal enrollments now support adding products during the enrollment process. This makes it easier to upsell gear, uniforms, or other items while signing someone up.
Clickable Billing Names on Invoices
On individual invoices, the billed-to name now links directly to the contact’s profile, providing a faster and more intuitive way to navigate to customer details.
Hide Actions Dropdown When Printing Invoices
To keep printed invoices clean and professional, the “Actions” dropdown is now automatically hidden when printing.
Membership Expiration on Contact Profiles
You’ll now see the expiration date of memberships displayed directly in the membership table on a contact’s profile. This gives you clearer insight into their current status at a glance.
Show Cancellation Date on Lost Member Pop-Ups
We’ve updated the lost member pop-up to display the cancellation date rather than the sign-up date—providing more relevant and useful information when reviewing churned members
Open AI Assistant Links in a New Tab
When clicking on links sent by the AI assistant, they will now open in a new tab or window—making it easier to navigate without losing your place.
