New Features
Member Login Area (Early Foundations)
We’ve taken the first step toward enabling members to access their own accounts by introducing a basic user login area. While this is an initial foundation, it marks an exciting move toward giving your members direct access to their profiles in the future.
UK Phone Number Support via Twilio
You can now purchase and utilize UK-based phone numbers through Twilio inside your CRM. This update expands your communication capabilities for businesses operating or reaching clients in the United Kingdom.
Communication Settings: Forward Calls
Our former “SMS Settings” section has been upgraded and renamed to Communication Settings. You now have the option to specify a forwarding number for incoming calls to your virtual number—ensuring no call goes unanswered and enhancing your team’s responsiveness.
Bulk Quick Actions from the Contacts Page
Managing contacts just got faster! You can now perform bulk Quick Actions directly from the Contacts page, giving you the power to take immediate next steps without navigating away. Whether it’s sending a message, updating a status, or more, this update helps you stay efficient and productive.
Coupons in the Finances Section
We’ve added Coupon Management under Finances, giving you the ability to create and apply discount codes seamlessly during the checkout process. This is perfect for promotions, trials, and member rewards.
Purchase Exporting from Sales Pages
You can now export purchases directly from your Sales Pages! This makes it easy to track transactions, analyze sales performance, and manage financial records—all in just a few clicks.
Updates & Enhancements
Sortable Member Imports
Importing members into the system is now more flexible! You can sort imports by status—such as “Awaiting Payment Method,” “Need Membership Applied,” or “Completed”—making it easier to organize and follow up accordingly.
Stripe Activation Notification
To ensure you’re fully set up for billing, we’ve added a helpful message after activating Stripe. It reminds you to visit your Stripe Settings and finalize your billing configurations—so nothing is missed in the setup process.
Bug Fixes
Workflow Contact Status Update Fix
We’ve resolved an issue where changing a contact’s status inside of a workflow wasn’t saving properly. This fix ensures your automation flows run smoothly and reflect real-time updates without interruption.
Dependent Emails Now Link to Guardians
When sending emails to a dependent contact, the system now correctly attributes those emails to their guardian’s profile. This ensures communication is always aligned with the right contact and context.
